Diving Off Destin For Shovelnose Lobster

Thanks, Destin is in the panhandle of Florida. As for what the best tasting lobster in the sea, it would have to be one you caught by hand, not ordered out of an aquarium in a restaurant.

fair enough, and since i left this comment i found three in one day, so maybe they arent as rare as i thought, but i still let them go. this year looks great for spiny lobsters, i was looking arround in rock pools and i found 10, i wasnt even in the sea. i only managed to get 1 though, i tried to catch them all by hand and the crevaces were deep.

lol great vid, looks like fun. two questions, i hear that they taste better than normal lobsters, is this true? and where is Destin? i have only ever caught/ seen one shovel nose lobster, i let it go because it was fairly small. (i live in Barbados if you are wondering where i caught 1)
