  • nice film , is it post ofice?

  • @czjohn50 an arts and crafts store. thanks for watching!

  • Wow those workers were working fast.....They were walking strange tho :-)

  • kinda like robots, huh? thanks for the comment!

  • That was way cool, Garysnic! LOL! Now, if all shippers and receivers could work half that quickly, the whole industry would flow smoother! lol! Great job!

  • yes, a little expediting wouldn't hurt anything. Thanks, Christy!

  • Wow. That was a great video Gary. Do you remember how many pieces you unloaded at that stop? Looked like alot. Gotta love them places that have docks that you can't get a 53 footer into. Take Care Gary.

    ~Larry~

  • this was around 500 cases. it took longer to set up the rollers than to unload the freight. thanks for commenting, Larry!

  • Wow. Thats alot of cases. And you had to do it all by yourself.

  • i didn't do it by myself, one of the gals was in there with me. i'm not even required to help, actually, but i had 7 drops and wanted to get them all done before i ran out of hours for the day.

  • I've never seen you work so much Gary! I thought you just "sat" around! This is way cool. U must email me and tell me where it is!

please..... WAY cool!!! Good music too.

  • well, i don't "work" too often. it may ruin my girlish figure...

    thanks, ZT!

  • Really cool!!!

  • thank you very much!

  • ah! glad you found it. you are the one i gave the account name to?

i think it turned out pretty good. thanks for watching and commenting! Gary

  • Very Cool Video there. 5 Stars!

  • i had some inspiration. your truckstop vid is still the coolest! thanks for watching!

  • Was it 1048 or 1049 boxes? I lost count there at the end, lol....nice vid

  • about half that i think...luckily we don't count them off. there is cardboard separating the drops...i'm sure they count it when they get it in the building or not.

    thanks for stopping by!

  • nice vid. i had to do that kinda job when I was working for walmart. we'd unload 2 53" trailers a night by hand and it was wall to wall, floor to roof full of boxes. we used rollers to like you did. The only good days were when we got a load with skids...lol

  • i've done my share of those loads to sears, kmart and all the grocery warehouses where they make the driver unload themselves. not much of that anymore though. now the customers usually unload (like you did) or we hire lumpers.

  • yeah, if only people knew. hay! isn't that someone on here? lol! thanks for the comment, John.

  • Cool vid man, first time I see something like this. Looks really fun to unload a whole trailer box by box, lol.

    I'm sorry I can't help, really.

    ... I would.

    Wait... 5am... let me think...

  • this was the second stop, the first was at 3 am...

next time, i'll give you a call!

    thanks for watching, Irreo!

  • Hey Gary...you want to speed it up a little bit...we all have other stuff to do ya know!! hahaha ....great vid bro. Gotta love them loads that are hand unloaded dont ya!!

  • i think that this was perfect speed for this video

  • faster would have been better...

  • it took me 12 hours to get this load off at 7 stops. thanks, Newfieguy!

  • Great vid!

Did you unload all the trailer alone??!

    What was it? post boxes?

  • naw, there was a gal in there with me. this is an all female crew. better than working with the old, fat guys like me. arts and crafts stuff.

  • I remember being on the recieving end 40 yrs ago, amazing times hav'nt changed.

  • this is pretty rare for me. they have a dock, but you can't get a 53' trailer in it.
