Don't worry, it's a great game. I have it and I just built a small, 2 story house for my sim. I recomend The Sims 3 to everybody. It's really fun, you can costomize the clothing they have, and their furniture they have. I love The Sims 3.

My sim has had a limo and she wasn't either of those. She was just at the highest point of the criminal career. I think you just need to be at the top of a career, just like the higher in a career you move the better your car pool.
