I don't know about this program, but I see no reason why a program can't be developed to run 24/7, and be profitable. Off the top of my head I could think of a few ways in which that can be accomplished. To name a few: a 1:10 leverage, buy currency pairs that have consistent cyclical patterns, buy at the low end of the pattern (when sell rate slows down considerably), and sell when the rate of increase starts to slow down significantly. If the cycle breaks then the program would wait it out.
