Dude it's an anomaly. Strange, unexplainable shapes can be seen by looking at photos of Earth's terrain too. I mean really, if life ever existed on Mars any remains would be well buried by now.

I think mars had life millions of years before us, i guess all planets once had life or have and if not there will be millions of other planets that will have life or had because space has no end, and our system isn't even a fraction of the whole space in comparing to the whole space you could even say we don't exist...

first of all, as advice, if you want people to take you seriously learn how to spell. as for the mars "ferret" it looks more like a skull to me than something we can identify based on the knowledge we have. other than the spelling, good informative video
