@MauriceKroll not these police cars no. But you can download some non ELS vehicles from gtapolicemods.

@ronnie3660 I downloaded LCPDFR from the LCPDFR website, the cars i got are from BritishPoliceMods who released the cars+link, I used sparkIV and WinRaR to extract and replace the files, i backed up all my files before replacing them.
This is AWESOME!
Excellent modding! (well, except for the doors).
