There is actually language in the Constitution that would enable a person to serve 10 years if certain requirements are met. If the Vice President serves the smaller half of a Presidents term, he can then still be eligible to serve two full terms. That would give a total year count of 8-10years. Now if Obama was thinking this when he said that, is a different question. Also, the chances of these cases happening are almost impossible for him. READ the 22nd amendment, please.

President Obama doesn't have the ability to repeal the 22nd amendment, only Congress can do that. For those who have been paying attention, the Senate has a republican majority. That means that if the amendment were ever repealed--which it won't be any time soon--it would be because of Congress, and because of the Republican majority in Congress, not because of actions taken by President Obama.

President Obama doesn't have the ability to repeal the 22nd amendment, only Congress can do that. For those who have been paying attention, the Senate has a republican majority. That means that if the amendment were ever repealed--which it won't be any time soon--it would be because of Congress, and because of the Republican majority in Congress, not because of actions taken by President Obama.

I vote for stupid. Look at how he's handled everything so far. He's a bumbling idiot when it comes to solving real problems, but he's very good at reducing our freedoms and repealing good laws and letting drug cartels invade our Southern border.
