I would be shocked if that has all Shoei parts. I have a Shoei FG42 and if it fired blanks like that it would blow up. The cap blanks I have are so quiet you can't even hear them; they just cycle the action.

"Shitty krautgun" was the basis (shape/design) for the AK-47, the most popular assault rifle in the world.

Another gun you'd probably call a "shitty krautgun" is the Mauser 98 (designated Gewehr 98), of which the action became the basis for most of the bolt-action rifles produced today.

These "shitty krautguns" are both incredible weapons. Bring whatever you own (probably just a game controller) and match it against my "shitty krautgun" (Gew 98, Amberg 1916, 7.92x57).
