WOW - Thanks a ton - save me a service call! I had a plastic ball about the size of a tennis ball in the black house - no idea how it could even get in there. Took it out and the washer is back to working great. Your step-by-step incstruction are very clear and easy to follow!
If you have the F35 SUD Error, You may need to replace the Pressure Switch. The part number is W10156252. If you do a Google Search for it you can probably find it for between $60 - $90. Prices vary. It is easy to replace. If you rotate the switch 90-degrees, it pulls out easily. The wiring harness is keyed so you can't put it back on backwards!
This video is so helpful. After finding it difficult to even get a repairman here. I turned to youtube and presto, I fixed my washer. The problem was with the flow meter. Thank you!!!
Repositioning the flow meter from a vertical to a horizontal position eliminated my F20 errors so far, thank you for that great tip! Will update in the future, as I typically get repeated F20 errors if the washer has been idle for more than 3 days.
Wow did you ever save me a lot of unnecessary work. I was about to pull my washer and start taking it apart when I watched your video. Sure enough, there was a sock underneath the front rubber panel that was causing the problem. I have been getting the F20 code on and off for over a year. Thank you
I can't thank you enough!!! I have been stuck in F20 hell for 3 weeks now! I have read so many forums and bought so many new parts and it still wasn't working.
Your video fixed my washer!! You are worth a thousand bucks to me!
I found a tangled necklace and childs hair thing in the bottom thing, my flowmeter was upside down and we had a HUGE hole in the tubing!! Fixed it all and it works great again. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!
Thank you very much!! My Duet was 1 yr and 1 month. I just spent 5 hours testing and adjusting the water in the house, cleaning the inlet screens, and rebuilding the Hot water supply valve. (This wouldn't shut off completely so it needed to be done anyway.) I then searched YouTube and found this clip. I first found a sock exactly where you said it would be, but this didn't fix the F20. I then popped the top and found the black tube rubbing on the tub with a hole in it. YOU ARE THE MAN!

Wonderful! The flowmeter was vertical. Thanks to you, it was a simple fix, and it's working fine now.

As I explained in the video it is best to unplug any appliance when working on it.
Since I am experienced I worked on it while it was powered on.
