I found a glitch people riding their horses but there underground and you can really ony see the humans head then in front the horses head and neck..and the motion of riding a horse but sadly...when you shoot the horses or person the appear dead on surface...

Fairly sure its the skin glitch that all these commenters have so graciously informed us simple folk about. lmfao.
