The way I type, my right hand is "blind" to the left side of the keyboard and my left "blind" to the right. One handed typing I would find difficult because the hand would want to stay in its familiar domain.

No disrespect intended, but I really don't find this all that hard to believe. Apart from the fact that the lady got the first word wrong, it really wouldn't be that hard to memorize the keys of a keyboard once you have a reference point (eg. keyboard is in your lap, and you're looking dead at the ceiling). Prolly hard to do, but not impossible.

I can type sometimes ten-fingered and sometimes one-fingered (with or without looking depends on the day).  The reason I put the video was because people sometimes see autistic people who type one-fingered without looking, especially if they use physical support to type, and say we're not really typing. Since I don't usually need physical support, and can still type one-fingered without looking, the video refutes that myth.
