How can someone afford 70.00 a day in Food? That's crazy! I think I'll stick with my Bananas and Blueberries smoothies. Bananas are cheap!

So grateful you are doing better Dave!! $70...if any of you have ever eaten while on the road at truck stops or places you can get a BigRig into know how VERY EXPENSIVE it is to eat while on the road!! Raw Food/ Juicing is less then that and not killing you like the other will. It's all value for your dollar and life.

$70 a gallon? WOW! I was thinking about buying a $350 juicer but I never thought about the cost of the veggies. Are we talking about just greens or a mix of veggies? Does a mix cost that much? I just want good tasting fun juices.  How much should I expect to be paying above a normal veggie bill when I'm just eating them whole?

Dave is great! I really admire and respect him. My question is this: I notice one of his front top teeth is chipped, and in other videos, his teeth are in tact. Did his tooth chip due to his raw food adventure?

Thanks for really interesting information starting after 3 minutes of chit chat intro. Some of us are kind of in a hurry and would like to get into learning stuff right off. Just saying.

BTW the avoidance of meat products is not always advisable health wise. Try reading more about it. I've done the veggie thing for 15 years, back to eating meat and fat again. Feel great at 68, goin' for another 30! Still hauling huge potted greens around and diggin' for worms in the dirt.

Isn't it great that we can all do the research and then do what our body calls us to do without harming others? Personally, I prefer sharing my experience as opposed to telling someone else what they can and cannot eat. The China Study by Colin Campbell, PhD, is an interesting read. While my body reacts negatively to flesh foods, I'm glad you are finding your way.

** I find it a conversation about proper mineralization of our bodies than an arguement about eating flesh food or not.

Anyway, thanks again for your juicing info. It's a very good idea for a society that doesn't chew well! I love my veggies, especially a pint a day of green juice!
