Gman is actually hidden in EVERY level. Some people jsut cant find it. In the map AntiCitizen Zone he is in a boat with a raven pecking at the back of his head. I think I may be the first person to notice.
@xbeast133 Nope xD Its an "Easter Egg" that I noticed the second play through so I focused on finding him in every mission. He always appears for just a moment during each mission. But I think hes getting at there is no point in that room actually functioning. Its just a place holder for a cut scene.
I guess its hidden, you can press e on the security cam when barney turns it on, on the chapter Red Letter Day. it will show Gman casually standing behind a fence, adjust his tie, and walk away.
When your in the first level you will notice that Breen is on the screen nearby the roof. If you put on noclip and fly out of the level, you will see serveral small rooms. These rooms are made for the close up scenes like in the start of the game when gman talks to you. Now far away there is a room with Breens upperbody. If you find it, then try to shoot him and return to the level. When he shows on the screen, he will not speak because you killed him.

half life 2 uses real time for their source engine. Whenever you see somone on a screen or just a gman scene, they'll be somewhere in the map
