This is actually a 1991 remix of the original. It's the most commonly available version now. When the original album was released on CD the original version was replaced by a remix. The original version clocks in at about 3:50. Anybody have that one ?
YES!! Fourteen years after having read about Miss Turner's version of this song, I finally get to HEAR IT!! AND, IT'S AWESOME!
It's everything I hoped it would be. Miss Turner might've had reservations about the song and the genre back in 1982, but it doesn't show here. In fact, even with the wonderful synthesized accompaniment, it fits neatly into the Rolling Stones-esque rock mold she'd gotten into by then.

Thank you for posting this, remix or not. I have the BEF record on vinyl in a box somewhere and Tina's version has been stuck in my head forever :-)

WELL!! I can't belive my EARS! This is actually good, but I have to say I like the Temptations version better.
Tina has such a RASPY voice! Which is so damn good!
