LBJ was almost as crazy as Bush. Ron Paul isn't a hawk like Goldwater was. And he is squarely against the most loathed institution: the IRS. I was really young when Regan ran and I remember my parents, who rarely took any action save for voting, stapled numerous Regan/Bush signs to trees. Seems like Regan came out of nowhere. @jangofett2006 This rally was put on 10 days after our Ron Paul Las Vegas Meet up Group had its first meeting, and maybe 2 weeks since he announced his candidacy. 11 people showed up, we had no money for advertising thus there was no advertising... 450 people showed up by word of mouth...  I thought it was impressive. That Goldwater Rally, I am sure, was after he was nominated. I was happy with it because I was the one that put it on…

WOW that was great, and I got him to sign my Ron Paul Shirt, and I got a photo with him, that was great. Your right, there sure was alot of people in there.
