  • Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn described Fyodor Dostoevski as the 'Pride of World Literature'.It would be difficult to produce a compelling point against this statement.

  • My favourite author.

  • He has Dimitry and Ivan mixed up in Brothers Karamzov. I always felt like Ivan. The problem is once you get like Ivan then you go to Albert Camus' Absurd. In the Absurd it is difficult to not commit suicide. Russia has the highest suicide rate in the world. There a lots of Ivans in Russia.
