Sorry it too me so long, my Xbox Live Gamer tage IS: warrengonline . Send me an email telling me you're from youtube. You want to fight, let's get it on!
You have some pretty interesting ideas there Buddy... They could be used for a few VS.fighting games I like the Boss types..Normal,sub boss, final ,hidden, super etc..Nicee
platano214, thanks KillaKev and myself LOVE the Street Fighter franchise and love the game for fun, graphics, challenge and entertainment. We like finding stuff the casual player may never find, the old school way, like finding Reptile on Mortal Kombat or finding and fighting Noob Saibot in Mortal Kombat 2. The hidden stuff just lengthens the life of the game and its public gamer interest. Thanks for your comment, it seems Capcom (DIMPS) is doing some things correct. We hope and wish.
why the fuck cant they just make an ultimate street fighter game with every character from alpha3 and sf3 and sfexplus that would be the best fuckin game on earth and fuck yea i miss knockin people out wit bruce! lolz i meant fei long
Well, I had an idea similar to that called Street fighter II: Time Collapse back when Super Street Fighter II Turbo was released on the 3DO console. We have Street Fighter Anniversary with Street Fighter II HyperFighting, it is good, but NOT what I was talking about. I was thinking kinda like UMK3 as in Old SubZero vs Original SubZero - same character, but two separate fighting techniques and moves and are similar. Thanks for the comment NorthOaklandHiway50.
Sagat, Bison, and Akuma better be in Street Fighter 4...and i really really really agree with the whole boss thing...i dont know what they need to do but make it original and cool and just change it up a bit
Well, hopefully they bring something new and refreshing as the latest videos show at gamevideos the third video is TOP AWESOME! Experience Street Fighters playing and it looks HOT!
It's funny that in the beginning of this vid you show the 8 warriors. All 8 are confirmed in Street Fighter 4, as you can see in various gameplay videos on youtube.
Funny? Hmmm, I'd say that is AWESOME!! Though we kinda wish they changed up their costumes. No.8, Hidden Supers are in their too! It is available when you are almost dead is ONLY when you can pull it off! GREAT! Thanks for the comment and notice!
In This Video: Rednecks who don't realize that the point of fighting games is competetive play. Bosses don't matter. Character endings don't matter. Hidden and Customizable moves are a horrific idea. Personality doesn't matter (and Capcom would botch it anyway). And they'll NEVER resolve the main stories. Overall, lol.
Shinkada hmmm, I'm guessing you are under 20 years old, NEVER played SFII, SFIICE, SFIIT, SSFIIT or ANY of the Street Fighter Alpha series? Are you working for capcom? If they botch it, oh well, at least they tried. Rednecks? Translate your name 'Schittkinda"?
Shinkada and these are opinions of old school street fighters. Everyone is entitled to opinions to make something they buy because they love it; better. To you as a casual gamer, it may not matter. Good for you. But some of us want to know, read the blog before you post from now on.
1: I first played SFII in 1994. I didn't like it then and I don't like it now.
2: I play Guilty Gear on a tournament level, I'm far from a casual gamer. =/
3: I understand trying to make a game you love better, but really, people have to remember that SFII, and all fighting games, will ALWAYS put the needs of the tourney-goers above the needs of the casuals. Customizable Special attacks would NOT be doing that.
SF2 was the early 90's. You should never disrespect the game that paved the way for games like Guilty Gear.
Tournament play ?, but Guilty Gear has yet to be considered mainstream. If Capcom sales were based on tournament revenues they would have went out of business back in the 90's.. Why the do you care you dont like SF2? Why did you waste your time to post ?
The reason SF2 is popular is because of timing. Yeah, they did invent a good deal of the input maneuvers, but today so much uses that. Even Devil May Cry 4 uses a 'back to forward' input for some moves, now. If Capcom hadn't have done it, someone else would've. Most people, I'd wager, play the SF games now just as reminiscance, like a ton of other franchises (see: Most Nintendo franchises actually, lawl). If it hadn't have hit when it did SF would be no more popular than GG.
Capcom did it and no one does it better. Many immitators no replicators. I agree it is popular beacuse of timing, also at that time it had state of the art graphics and a decent story. SF2 ushered in this age of fighting games period. SF4 is a big deal to many fighters who love it twenty years later. G.G. has to age a little. I will say G.G. has its edge over SF but Id never trade SF2 for G.G.
If Street Fighter hadn't gotten it correct in the 90's G.G. wouldnt stumble on it ever?
I think if SF2 hadn't have hit it so dead-on, King of Fighters would have. And I think if Capcom hadn't have captured the entire fighting game market, a lot of other companies would have tried. I appreciate what Capcom did, I really do, but I'd never let my appreciation go so far as to favour an inferior game, or delude myself by thinking Capcom are amazing and unique enough to have been the only ones capable of it.
¡Grazias!
nice editing
