@Wotenkeld final fantasy. if you dont get it, go play ff 9, or 10 if you'd rather better graphics but a lower gameplay value. nearly all the gameplay was turn based until final fantasy 12 (or 11, but thats online so it doesnt exactly count)

Music isn't from lufia all from final fantasy. If you're referring to the two first ones they are from FF7 and the one with the cyberdemon is the final battle music from FFMysticQuest.

Yeah it would be an awesome .wad but i

don't think XWE/Doombuilder etc etc

are powerful enough to make a game like this.

I mean the combat system, random encounters,

stats system and so on. Well, Zen Dynamics

is very advanced for a Doom-engine based game.

Maybe it would be possible, i don't know the

program's full potentional. We'll see

in a future to come :-P
