I used to work for them too. I had a simple request...i work, you pay me. When i was working for 20 hours a week i had two shifts that paid overtime, in total i was getting 3 hours of OT a week. this company is so fucking cheap they made me sign an averaging agreement to kill my OT hours. they did this with everyone on the van isle branch! fortunately there was a flaw in the agreement...no end date was set :) I had to threaten them with intervention from employment standards to get it.

i was hired buy these morons with a clean 5 year background in loss pervention and casino security. upon leaving my old job and completeing my 2 week training with paladin i was fired without any given cause and denied any sort of compensation. fuck you palidin. i have all my training manuals if anybody wants to go work for this shit hole. ps. my trainer was an amazing lady very fun but everyone else their was fucked acted like they were fucking csis or something

I use to work for these jokers. I am glad I am no longer with the company anymore. Paladin security is full of crap and there are no ethics within that company. Thank you uploader for posting some of the TRUE work paladin security people are doing. Its a disgrace what type of employees they have
