  • @adaadasaje Do i give a fuck what did u just said?

  • @adaadasaje bcoz they make slanderous accusations we claim this poco2 dance. ya it's quite popular in our country b4 we know this is a christian dance but we never claim this dance is ours. but u see they accuse we claim it. dat so disrespectful. i dont know u not indonesian. indon are bunch of muslim but they not muslim country and it much more liberal. indon treat us like enemy and they always mock and offend us even for small matter and misunderstanding. i lose patient to them.

  • That dude in red hat is having the time of his life. :D

    Proud to be an Indonesian!

  • This is Indonesian song and dance... nothing to do with Malaysian.. Malaysians might claim these as theirs (..again..) but it's their bad habit anyway since they dont have their own unique culture... that's why Malaysians "hate" Indonesians.. well.. perhaps the word "envy" is more appropriate. Why cant they simply accept a simple truth ? People might respect Malaysians more if they simpy grow up and stop saying bad things about Indonesians :D Peace yo !

  • @mayapadaful who said malaysian claim this to be ours? siapa cakap bro?

  • @mayapadaful we doesnt hate u and we doesnt envy(whatever u mean it) u..we only hate when someone from yr country come and doing crime in our country..im not saying our people are great people but man..we are giving u opportunity to get money and to fed and raised yr family..and yet yr people blow it.. theres indonesian selling bakso and pecel near my place.we treated her just like us..we having jokes,laugh..but our football team need to ride a tank while in yr country..too much provocation...

  • I hate indonesians. They are so annoying.

  • @megawhitedaisy I hate malaysian. They are so copycat of indonesian culture

I total agree, It is From Indonesia,......you dont claim it as a individual. So why am I making you sick? I can see you are upset... you're very racists, if you have issues with other malay people for any reasons well thats your choice ....everyone got there own opinions..Plus I like the music myself and Im not ashame to say it...so why dont we all grow up and move on.

  • please poco poco is indonesia calisthenics i learn poco2 from my grandma and my grandma learn poco-poco from my grandma grandma so please poco-poco is INDONESIA

  • I love poco-poco I love indonesia :D

  • Im so confused on where the religious aspect of the poco-poco is.. seriously.. the guy's talkin about how he loves a girl, and only her.. "cuma ngana yang kita cinta, cuma ngana yang kita sayang, cuma ngana suka beking pusing" means "only you that i love, only you that i care about, only you can make my head spin"

pusing in malay means to go around/circle (around a block, all over town, etc), but pusing in manado means that your head is spinning.

  • indonesian dance. not malaysian....

  • good keep it up

  • This is indeed always fun to do with the people you like so much on a Kumpulan

  • Red hat=mr.bean

    Green jacket=fast learner..

    lol~~~

  • Poco-Poco song's lyrics is Manadonese, INDONESIA! ^_^

And all language in Sulawesi tribes and the Moluccas tribes are little similar with this language, thats make they can understood each other, we all Indonesian ^_^

Poco Poco for the world, including you! so lets dance together ^_^

  • if you don't know if the poco originated from some kind of pagan religion it is just another dance and as those religious authorities claimed will eventually make the practitioner gravitate towards this pagan belief. but how many actually realize this origin? what the heck.: muslims all over the world are having fun now dancing, hugging and kissing even fornicating in public places. don't believe me? come to indonesia or malaysia. or egypt or lebanon. religions are s..........is god dead?

  • awesome...its even a religion song!

  • POCO2 FROM MINAHASA-SULAWESI- INDO

  • it is not same as the poco-poco i learned here....tis is much rock!!

  • @MrSena00 doesnt matter how you dance or whatever music genre, the main rules of poco-poco dance ONLY your foot step ^_^

  • its wonderful dance spicealy when black dress and white hat does it!!!

  • It looks like Line dancing. This stuff is always fun to do. Check out copper head road linedance.

  • so nice macam jogget tu.

  • macam ni haram? bongok nye Imam

  • I have a question: on watch?v=32t1QXM3dWE you see Saudis performing a line dance. Is it the same dance or do those dances have the same root?

  • haha, what the heck, this dance is no much difference to those ppl dance at dataran merdeka during merdeka day celebration. What a joke!! haha

  • luckily I am a buddhist.... but still a bit unfortunate to have such idiot in my country....

  • I'm malaysian. Our country is a joke.

  • Indonesian dance is becoming a controversial dance in its neighbouring country (Malaisie). They said if this dance related to Christianity activity... WHAT THE HELL! We (Indonesian Muslims) often do this dance and we still believe in Islam! a big ROFL for our neigbouring country's govt

  • ha ...ha everybody is having fun

  • just funny

  • these girls too sexy dancing on indonesian oldies song...hahha wassup yalll

  • people say the mufti should be more open-minded about the pocopoco issue.

here's another instance of being open-minded: it is TOTALLY ok...for a married man... to get dangerously intimate ....with another woman...infront of a tv crew...and later viewed by millions of people in cinemas around the world...in the name of 'acting'.yea, thats what being 'open-minded' is about, isn't it? no poco poco for me plz.. thank you mufti for being concerned over the malays' moral degradation issues.

  • mana2 tarian pon xelok....klau nak senaman pon banyk lgi cara lain..

  • kapiaq trus lg bagus...

  • how can the government banned this dance? look at the originla.. its like the yoga issue all over again.

  • Comment removed

  • @ariff9009 ~ i agree with u.. its just like excersices.. and fun..

  • Comment removed

  • Is that Saiful with the red cap? and I suppose Anwar Ibrahim is the instructor! More evidence! Yes, it must be a dance by the Infidels then. Go Rosmah...here's more proof for you.

  • The dance just popular all over in Malaysia thanks to some unthinking people who never see anything good in what makes people happy...Dance poco poco!!!

  • What is on our Malaysian headlines shows the simple mindedness or rather the ignorance of our so called government and government bodies. Konon 1Malaysia.

  • Anyways, this looks a bit like line dancing no? Easy solution is, they should do the same dance and call it something else. Problem solved. It annoys me that Malaysians always have to keep fooling themselves like this. All because of a bunch of idiots.

  • @PHO3N1XM4N wouldn't you be angry if you were ruled by bigots who are stealing your money? Only an idiot wouldn't get angry or an ignoramous.

I'm just pissed that these people actually get away with it. This is a cute dance. There are so many other qualified muftis and MPs who are responsible and logical. Why are the idiots the ones who hold high positions? These small groups make the whole of us look terrible. Of course I'm pissed. They are making me look bad.

  • Keren bros n sis dansanya..... It makes me proud of being an Indonesian and especially a Manadonese to have westerners learning our fun dance...^^ we always do this dance in weddings and family birthdays... go Indonesia spread your wings to the world... ooh Im also proud that westerners are learning our traditional martial arts pencak silat =)

  • have you seen Achmed the dead Terrorist???...... lmao

  • I am malaysian muslim malay. At this point I AM EMBARRASSED to call myself a Malaysian. We have idiots ruling us. Big fat insecure idiots. I am secure as myself as a Muslim. And they think some excercise dance is going to shake my faith? Please la. Tolong jangan malukan kaum. Semua ni politik la. Jangan la terlampau fokus sangat kat benda kecik macam ni. Cari jalan dah ubah akhlak anak muda yang selalu dok buang bayi tu dan masalah sumbang mahram. Bengangnye bile dengar benda bodoh macam ni.

  • @yattes1

    agree!!

  • @yattes1 u guys are always angry Achmed... cheer up

  • @yattes1 I totally agree with you. Honestly, to think that this dance is being banned for Muslims in our country just because of the cross-shaped movement... As a Malaysian Christian, I can confirm that this dance has absolutely nothing to do with Christianity. Our government is so paranoid. They think just showing a Muslim a cross is enough to make them convert? That's insulting. Before you know it, we're going to be banning '+' from math textbooks. Stupidity, thy name is governance.

  • @mysteriousguy25 u as christian know nothing bout yr religion..this dance actually come from phillipine and being practice after a church ceremony (i dun know the ceremony)..the cross shaped movement actually the symbol of christianity itself..right.?one step to the left, one step to the right, one step up and two steps down..if the shape taken from the initial place..guess what..true cross..and we're never going ban + from math texbooks..too much slanders from u...peace...

  • @skycrowleo Sorry, but you are mistaken. Yes, it is in the shape of a cross. However, a Christian cross is not entirely symmetrical. The bottom line is longer than the others, if you noticed. Besides, this dance originated in the Philippines and thus it is attributed to Filipino culture, rather than Christianity worldwide.

Besides, if my sarcasm is lost on you, then your arguments against me are deemed invalid. Especially if you fail to present solid evidence. Have a nice day.

  • @mysteriousguy25 sorry goes to u..and im not mistaken...what bout this..1 step to the right,1 step to the left, 1 step to the front, and 2 steps back..take initial position as a center...front is upper line, back is bottom line of true cross..wazza..here u go...the shape formed is like this "t" ...see the bottom line or back is double the length of upper line or front..bout the evident..sorry,i cant present it bcoz it nowhere in internet and u know who controlled the internet, wiki google etc..

  • @yattes1 u r rite...it just dance...for fun..how could this simple dance shake our faith...

  • @yattes1 I'm Indonesian and I dont want to debate about the dance. Sometimes we dont know exactly what is in the mind of the ulama2. They make Islam is so 'strict' and have zero tolerance. They confused all of the followers when make some hasty Fatwa. Faith is among the heart of the people some same some different. When we belief our faith heartly with great tolerance among ourselves, i believe simple minded about Fatwa will be gone. Fatwa is important, but simple minded Fatwa is bad.

  • @yattes1 indeed! as a malysian, i admit that the coountry is ruled by some socalled idiot who keep on poluting the beatiful land of malaysia, they have not qualified to set the standard of culture............the only responce for them is " keep your big mouth shut ! "

  • @yattes1 *nods nods*

  • @yattes1 fell bad for you. Glad I dont have to admit to that. ....... salam sejahtera.

  • @yattes1 I'm so glad that there is another malay that have same view on this.Things like banning poco-poco is the path of malaysian islamic destruction, where one day people would become so extremist that Taliban law would be applied in daily life and they wont be any womens right's

  • @yattes1 ngomong apa sih lo?

  • @yattes1 are u against poco2 or u like it?.. anyway i take it part of exercise. am muslim too

  • This is the electric slide.. Indonesian version! LOL!!

  • WOW... I don't know why my country banned this dance. Anyway, this dance looks fun. They had a good time with it.

  • gonna do this dance at my sisters wedding though not gonna be that many of us cause only a few can make it from indo to england but gonna get everyone there to do it with us xD wish me luck with a thumbs up :D

  • :)

  • @budakais94 I know people should aware.but don't be toOOo paranoid la.government will do something already if that bring bad things to ur religion.but this kind of religious paranoid people can bring chaos to the peace.these people that always 4got that we r living in multi-religious&race.although M'sia consider as a Muslim country.try not 2 4get,other religion also need to be respected.by saying poco2 dance is the way Christianity misleading other religion is antonym of the the word respect ;)

  • wow!!!x sngka km org dpt poco2 jg..hahahaha..keep it up....

  • Thankx for sharing my culture oversee. Our planet earth will become 1 country and mankind it's citizens. (Bahá'í-Religion).

  • This is so easy to follow, it is also a very good form of exercise for young and old !

Love the three friends in front row, they are so spontaneous, simply having fun !!

  • This is only a dance. There is nothing to do with any religion. I really don't understand why it is a huge issue.

  • Nice try and can improve more with practice - Keep Up

  • This dance and song come from Maluku (one of Indonesian's province) The singer's name Yopie Latul.

I love this dance so much

  • @ikavebrianti reminds me of my elementary school days..i used to be good at this :D

  • you guys are awesome.....xD

  • look so funny went mat saleh dance.

  • almost the same as the line dance in Texas ... minus the song.

  • Mantap.

  • this poco2 dance originally from indonesian.. im malaysian and egree this song from indonesian and not ritual dance... but nothing wrong if the whole world can song and dance with this poco2... please be open minded ...

  • @MrGhaib I totally agree with you. There is no use for cultural overprotecting, it is better if Malaysian can share this too, it's better if Malaysian teach this dance worldwide.

I am Indonesian from Bandung, a city where a lot of Malaysians go for shopping. Bandung is the only Indonesian city where there are three times a day flight from Kuala Lumpur. Furthermore, only in Bandung Malaysian can use the Ringgit. Isn't it beautifull ?

  • scratch that, not river dancing, line dancing.. hurm... owh well....

  • how come this dance reminds me of river dancing?

  • its a friendship dance from maluku. its one of the richness of Indonesian culture. almost every region has its own culture, separate that from religion. and malaysian, please stop mocking Indonesian culture! U try to claim reog, batik, tarian Bali,Sulawesi cacao what else? do not make any comment that make Indonesian inferior, that just show your minus in front of the world.

  • @mior123

pemikiran yang teramat kolot.stiap pergerakan, termasuk tarian melayu mempunyai pergerakan yang sama. Jgn cuba menjadi pencetus kontroversi yang tidak laku.

  • i love this dance move and the song as well..so catchy..

  • Comment removed

  • lets try this vid with this songs...'heartache' by pepsi and shirlie and donna summer 'she works hard for the money' great combination with this poco poco ..AWESOME !! makes me wanna poco poco all nite long

  • bijop...pkai baju melayu

  • respect...

  • wow im really proud of you guys.

  • its not are christian song or cross but its juzz a dance......if u don't like it, don't be stupid people to comment about that song and christian religion!!!!!!!!prove it if that dance is used for ritual in christian especially in church......fuck u asshole if u link it with christian religion......luv christian

  • ingt mula2 blajar pocopoco..lwak..mcm kuda..hihihi

  • ingat agy mula2 blaja...lwakkk

  • Mungkin kita x perasan kerana kita suka mengikut2 sesuatu yg baru tanpa usul periksa. Inilah cara musuh2 islam mengenakan kita sedangkan kita tahu apabila kita melakukan sesuatu yg menyerupai sesuatu agama maka kita dikira merestui agama itu seperti amalan yoga yg telah difatwakan haram kerana menyerupai agama hindu.cuma tarian pocoh2 ini belum difatwakan haram lagi. Marilah kita sama2 fikirkan.

  • @mi0r12tiga oi it's just tarian senaman untuk warga emas di Indonesia lah! ia direka dalam paksi silang tiga atau empat supaya orang tua / kanak2 senang nak ingat.kalau semua nak haram, pegi join taliban, duduk dalam gua kat afghanistan. My aunt kendalikan sekolah agama and offers free poco-poco sessions in her area. And I think she is just as religious as you are.

  • @mi0r12tiga janganlah menyempitkan isu....pleaselah...
