Roice makes some great points about the inner city. But you must also remember the political social engineering that has occurred over the past 40 years+ which created a entitlement and victim mentality amongst races, genders and cultures. This system excludes the male figure from the family, "the state will provide" and of course with drug abuse and unemployment help contribute to the decline of the family and society.
