  • Heya I weight 138 pounds and I have a pouch but I have a pouch in my tummy region and I was wondering do you think I should start working out or should I slim down first and loose more weight ??? Thanks I could really do with some advice :( I have tried everything to loose the pouch :(

  • @heartmend Diet has a lot to do with hy you can't lose that pouch. Check out my videos on how to lose your belly pouch and remember to eat real foo! Processed food and sugars will give you a big belly in no time. Thanks for posting your comment! xo

  • I noticed you have really thin, but toned legs (exactly the type i want!!) what kind of cardio do you do and do you jog? I find that when i get back into jogging my legs just beef up and look fat, which is why I tend to fall out of it quickly... any advice?

  • @xic4loca In one week there was a difference but at the end of two weeks it's so easy and your butt looks amazing. I'm now about a month and a half in :)

  • @catthead It's best to give a group of muscles a little rest before working them again. Try this workout (and variations of it) every other day for great results.

  • @cutie6697 All exercise burns calories, so yes, you can lose weight with this video... these exercises combine cardio and strength training to burn calories more efficiently than lifting weights or doing cardio alone.

  • @cutie6697 Any exercise routines you do, you gotta also focus on your diet as well. Some people eat 4 small meals daily, while other's eat 6 Small meals.

  • @PsychopathicKnees I eat a mostly raw diet, so I absolutely never count calories. The best diet is one that includes whole organic plant-based foods as the primary source of nutrition.

  • @97irishchick Cellulite is basically determined by genetics. It's the way your body decides to distribute fat. To reduce the appearance of cellulite you have to reduce your percentage of body fat overall. There's no way to reduce fat in one particular part of the body, also known as "spot reducing". A combination of fat burning cardio & strength training (like the exercises in this video) will reduce the amount of cellulite on the butt and thighs over time. I actually had a lot after pregnancy.

  • The burpee row is a great combo. Never seen that done before. One thing that makes a trainer great is their creativity. What training cert do you have?

    It is funny because there is a bug going around the gym where I do my personal training. Three of the trainers I work with have been sick, and now I am not feeling that great either. I usually never get sick because I train hard and have a clean diet. It sucks being sick..
