Heya I weight 138 pounds and I have a pouch but I have a pouch in my tummy region and I was wondering do you think I should start working out or should I slim down first and loose more weight ??? Thanks I could really do with some advice :( I have tried everything to loose the pouch :(

@catthead It's best to give a group of muscles a little rest before working them again. Try this workout (and variations of it) every other day for great results.

@cutie6697 Any exercise routines you do, you gotta also focus on your diet as well. Some people eat 4 small meals daily, while other's eat 6 Small meals.

@97irishchick Cellulite is basically determined by genetics. It's the way your body decides to distribute fat. To reduce the appearance of cellulite you have to reduce your percentage of body fat overall. There's no way to reduce fat in one particular part of the body, also known as "spot reducing". A combination of fat burning cardio & strength training (like the exercises in this video) will reduce the amount of cellulite on the butt and thighs over time. I actually had a lot after pregnancy.

It is funny because there is a bug going around the gym where I do my personal training. Three of the trainers I work with have been sick, and now I am not feeling that great either. I usually never get sick because I train hard and have a clean diet. It sucks being sick..
