Obviously not real -- meteors hitting at the speeds at which they come down, would leave a large crater on impact at the size depicted and there would be a lot of material thrown up into the air - this doesn't happen in this video. Plus, most meteors hit Earth during the night. because of the way the planet would move into the path of the object.
