This judge sounds arrogant, flagrantly biased, and worst of all - intimidating, to a person who is of course already going to be profoundly intimidated and uncomfortable as it is. God save us from the corruption and incompetence and arrogance of our broken system of injustice and I pray I never wind up in a courtroom for anything. I wonder how many innocent thousands are rotting behind bars in our insane nation with the highest rate of incarceration of all nations in the world

You are persistant and that is how you win, eventually. The federal courts are corrupt too, but somewhere down the line, somebody had to follow the law.

ok You are dealing with someone who does not think he has to obey the rules, because he's never been held accountable. When you go to court know your stuff, I suggest a copy of jurisdictionary. Learn their procedures, follow them, second study the state annotated statues and lastly know something about "political solution" What that is , is that once the law is presented and the facts are before the court, make it understood, they have to obey it, like it or not.
@unclefixer. We have jurisdictionary and spent a great deal of time in the law library preparing for this case. Opposing counsel was actually on the committee to elect this judge, so the appearance of fairness was gone before this hearing ever began. We did finally have the Kentucky Supreme Court step in and remove him from the case, but next judge wasn't much different. We have now removed this case to Federal Court and are awaiting a ruling.
Expose the truth about judcial corruption. Record and tape every judge you can. Post their home address etc. If they are corrupt time to hold them accountable to our laws.THEY ARE NOT ABOVE OUR LAWS!

I feel your pain. I've been in Judge Myles' court for 20 months and what a joke. He talks a big stick but full of hot air. No justice in his court.
