  • This song was also used as background music during the party scene in the 1932 movie "Red Headed Woman" with Jean Harlow, & Chester Morris, Una May Merkle!!!

  • What a screamin' joy this is...(Thank goodness the film still exists.) What an "acid trip" of a number! LOL... My, oh my... Thanks!

  • Totally Fab...:-)

  • This would beat the pants off of Michael Jackson's "Thriller" as street theater...

  • sooooo young and so Irish and acting like a Rugby referee in a Reformatory for boys and girls ..always so brutal......

  • Just beautiful!!! Ever since I saw some segments of this clip from "That's Dancing!" I've been going crazy trying to find it, Thankyou so much, this is so emotional! Everytime I see it I feel as If I was there in those years making this very number, who know's maybe me and other's who like these era's have lived before :)

    "I've never seen anything lovelier!"

  • Thanks for sharing this great & rarely seen Busby Berkley number. Several of his with Eddie Cantor from 1931-32 are also way cool!

  • And the question remains, as good as it is, of how did they know there would be a lady singing this very song as she danced... the very one they planned a big fanfare for... ;-) ah, the good old days when nobody cared.

  • Actually the band at the nightclub was playing the song while they were dancing and she sang along, not knowing it was a prep song for the floor show ? ? ?

  • oh, I think you're right! LOL, silly me.

  • Thanks a lot, i've just heard of this one, never seen it. You have everything of the talents of the artist, like in the elaborate production number in water.
