iron man 2 is set before the hulk because nick fury tells him to go and get the hulk and as you know at the end of hulk tony stark turns up

No he wasn't, he wants to form the avengers, which has Iron man and the Hulk in it. Also, the hulk isn't going to be in iron man 2.
