I didn't know Adam Adamowicz' name until he died, and yet I was extremely bummed when I heard about his death. I have spent hundreds of hours exploring the brilliant world he created. As an artist myself, I find his fantastic designs to be an endless source of inspiration. Years and years from now, I will cherish the memories I have of Fallout 3, my favorite game of all time, and I have him to thank for that.

..that has got to be the most asinine statement I've heard, regarding this whale turd of a game. People will look back at Bethesda's ham-fisted involvement with Fallout, as a series of glorified and overpriced mods. They should develop an engine that is appropriate for Fallout, instead of just making Fallout-like graphics to smear all over Elder Scrolls.. or make another Terminator game.

In my honest opinion, this game really does and amazing job ot trying to dipict an accurate represention of what the world could have looked like if the Cold War had come to fruition and the bombs had fallen on the US in the 1950's. The scenery I feel is perfecly done in the fact that the crumbled buildlings and the destoryed roads and bridges all look very natural and nothing looks like it's out of place in that world...everything just flows perfecly.
