@classicbrandon Its a track bike as in there is no coasting, but the geometry of the bike is specific for doing these tricks. It is not designed for speed. If you look closely you can tell the front fork is nearly vertical and the wheelbase is very compact.

That is a track racing bike. Track racing is popular in Japan. And track bikes are sub 20 lbs, with 20mm wide 700c tires that need +120 p.s.i. That fork is costom for here to have a steeper headtube.
