@peopleschamp2011 I try and mix heavy and high rep with calves. I do this style 1 time per week the other day i do moderate weight very slow reps

I notice your range of motion becomes smaller and smaller, is that ok with this high intensity training?

Yeah the range will get smaller throughout the rotuine if you do the style this exact way and only take 10-15 sec rest between your lock out. Try it out, key is finding the weight that is very tough yet manageable
