@MegaPunkBaby eat only plants. all the vegans say it is the cure. meat is why people get it. because vegans know everything. learned it on care2 dog org
@MegaPunkBaby #1.Go to your DR.( to address the bleeding) #2. Buy a colon cleansing kit from blessedherbs dot c om ( only one that really works) #3. drink tons of "non city water" (city water has fluoride and chlorine)*1/2 ounce for every pound you weigh* #4 eat tons of veggies (little bit of whole fruit (lots of sugars). Do it now while you have a chance to reverse. Last? Avoid all fast food and processed foods. People in Europe are much healthier because they eat whole foods.
I didn't get mine through not eating enough fibre. I got mine when I had an hysterectomy and I became severely constipated and I also have endometriosis in my bowel.
@Luvmypets123 Hello after reading your post on this topic, I would like to share an experience with you. A few months ago I took Anatomy and Physiology for Med students. The cadaver we worked on reported chronic constipation with endometriosis throughout. Upon opening the thorax, the stomach was distended and misplaced. After further disection, we determined that during the hysterectomy; part of the duodenum and illeum were secured to her sigmoid colon and rectum, thus causing bowel issues.
@Luvmypets123 Have you had any additional testing done to determine the integrity of your bowels? Also, my best friends husband just experienced Diverticulitis and underwent emergency surgery. The surgeon advised that his condition could have been prevented had he consumed enough water.
I think I shall go and eat a raw cabbage today..
