Haha, in the UBW series in the Visual Novel (not including XXX *kiddies can't see this stuff!* scenes), if you choose the right options (Find out who the bread thief was, followed by go in her room) Shirou gets to see Rin in a rather cute set of pajamas which are half open, affording him a decent view lol, he quickly manages to escape before Rin wakes up, I think he managed a good view without landing in the crap there.

It's revealed that the removed Ilya route was the route that created the Archer we all know from Shirou, a rather convenient way to not have to explain Archer's origin. It also explains why in the anime, despite Archer ideal *sacrifice few to save many*, he doesn't attack Ilya once during that battle, despite the fact that killing Ilya would be the most ideal way to best Berserker.

Just to clarify that scene, she doesn't try to kill him but erase his memories and takes away his command seal, so that he's no longer a master. Her magic will only make him sick for a few days. It doesn't really hurt him.
