  • She rocks!! She was exactly right.

  • YES

OMG Ohio thank GOD or some Cosmo Engineer that you have a woman like Kaptur as your Congress Rep

  • She is a good AMERICAN !!!

  • I'm latino have 30 yo from southamerica and I believe I'm in love... that's the WOMEN'S spirit!!!!!!!!

  • The parasites are on Wall Street that created phony backed derivatives that they knew were fraudulent from origination to securitization and now foreclosure. It is the greatest financial swindle perpetrated not only against the American people but the world community.

  • Maybe I should move into YOUR house, rent free till 2014?, Then you can feed me three meals a day, and I won't kick in any money towards groceries for the same time frame and then "borrow" your car for two years, and not pay you a cent for gas, repairs, and insurance, and see how you feel about parasites, then? It's always easy to play the roll of "big spender" as long as it's someone ELSE'S money, isn't it? We have a deal, or don't we? If not, get off my thread, you phony hypocrite!

  • Deadbeat homeowners are no different from deadbeat renters: Pay, or get out, freeloaders!

  • @FrankeeFraud What you said is retarded, stupid, and heartless. Everything conservatives embody.

  • @1bIgFaTsOnOfAbItCh The response was intended for YOU, Mr. moneybags! When can I move in?

  • @FrankeeFraud You don't understand that these people getting foreclosed on are hard workers that got suckered by Wall Street. Did you watch the video, the lady's mortgage went from ~800 to ~1500 in one year, that is ridiculous!!!

It's a huge con, and if you think these people deserved to be foreclosed on, you are endorsing the con-men. They were given OUR money to avoid being "foreclosed on" themselves, then they evict the very people who kept them afloat.

  • I back this. F*ck the banks. If they lock you out just break back in. They have to many home to keep track of now.

  • That one dislike is not from the 99%

  • @Core1138 By my calculations, the dislike is in the 1.96% at this moment :) (OK, that was lame ...) Congresswoman Kaptur rocks, though.

  • Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur inspired me to run for a congressional seat.

  • @davindranauth do it

  • Visit this website page to stop foreclosure immediately! (icansuemylender . com) the reason the website name is separated youtube wont let you post websites as comments. It Saved MINE HOME!!

  • If Kaptur were to run for higher office she would give alot of the charlatins in politics a run for thier money. It doesn't take the wizard to see that she has the interest of the everyday joe at heart.I say she should run in the next election.I have more faith in her than I do anyone in our current government.

  • I've seen videos saying that you can wipe out your home debt by writing on a piece of paper and sending it out to a company. it's some loop-hole that harry truman left in, way back in the 50s.

it's called A4V and I found it here.

  • I think Kaptur is a very good choice compared to most of the corrupt politicians BUT I find this very strange that she voted against auditing the FED which destroys our money.

  • Wow, you should go back to school, because nothing you said here or in other comments make any fucking sense. Maybe its because you put words in caps and space it apart with a bunch of periods like a retard.

  • Sorry, but it would make better financial sense to leave the home. Home prices will continue to drop. Why would you want people to keep a depreciating "asset"? You can buy it back in a couple years for much less, because eventually the banks will be forced to flood the market with all their shadow inventory that they are trying to hide. BOLT!

  • @aspenmogul Guess what smart guy. A house isnt an asset. It's a place where you live. Maybe that's why we are in this mess int he first place?

  • A house is considered the biggest investment of your life. Last time I checked,, an investment is supposed to make money.... not lose money.

1 in 3 mortgages are underwater. I sold before the crash. It will take 10 years before you see prices notch anywhere near where they "were".

  • House - a building in which people live; residence for human beings.

Investment - the investing of money or capital in order to gain profitable returns, as interest, income, or appreciation in value.

Those seem like 2 entirely different things. Luckily i live in an area where house prices have gone up over the past few years. But a house is something you live in.

The problem is people like you thinks it's an investment, when it should be looked at as a residence.

  • The housing collapse hasn't hit your area.... yet. Expect at least a 30% drop over the next two years. And don't thank me later. :)

  • I live in the 6th richest zip code in the United States. The collapse wont be happening anytime soon. We're the 1% who owns 95% of all the countries wealth... and it makes me sick.

  • Well, we must be neighbors! But that does change my forecast for you. You can expect at least a 50% drop in your area over the coming years.

  • The historical house prices hasn't fallen year of year for 50 years. I think we'll be fine. One of the few remaining 1 story homes sold for 1.7mil just this week. It was bought for $500,000 in 1997

  • This is true. However, people do not understand what is coming. They believe this recession is over. But it will get much worse. I hope it works out for you. I'm completely liquid, and could buy my old home back today for half of what I paid several years ago. I predict once the carnage is over, it could be had for 70% less. I'm in the business of making money, and I'm presently living in a luxury rental home, for less monthly than my previous primary home cost us.

  • No doubt this will be a double dip recession, but the housing market never recovered to make it have another dip. The thing is here only 2-3 houses go on the market a year, so it is largely unaffected. This area is a bubble, i can assure you no one here is suffering from the recession. :)

  • Well, you might be immune then. But I can tell you that Aspen thought they were immune, and the carnage is half over at best.

  • @aspenmogul Its true what the congress woman says though... Most banks have no clue which mortgages they have and dont have anymore. I suggest to all people that you demand your bank to show you the actually contract. These things have been bundled and traded around like crazy. I think somewhere in the south east a man is living for free, because a bank can prove they own the mortgage.

  • Thank you, Rep. Kaptur. Thank you.
