You used some kind of a pixel motion filter in some software? Something similar is Motionflow in Sony LCD TVs. I have XR155E with a same function :-) In videorespond is my friend :-)
Dude, thats some awesome video, Tell me do you have any problem with the interlaced system(I mean 1080i), Have you taken any fast videos???? I wanna know if 30p is worth it or is 60i does the job?
you can record 12sec, but then I slowed it down to 15fps making last almost 30. With the smooth slow frame rate and 30fps you can easily slow it down and still maintain a fairly smooth picture
Do you have to press about 6 buttons in a special sequence to switch the OIS off and on (like the SR11/12 every time you put in on and off a tripod?
And is the 8MP stills resolution a theoretical figure that in reality is only 4MP (like the SR11/12)?
Otherwise I love my SR11, but I wonder what the hell Sony was thinking with these two 'features'. Oh, and is the LCD invisible in sunlight - unlike the Canons?
I just read your review in Videomaker magazine and I have a couple questions. In video mode,..what resolution is the stills?....(I'm hoping at least 7MP)...and also.....is the view finder telescoping or fixed?.........Great review by the way. Thanks

Nice! I have the Sanyo Xacti FH1 and I think the slow-motion effects are fantasic. I did laugh at 0:36 "We have lift off!"

Your slow motion video is fantasitic. I would like to learn from you how to set the fps from 30 down to 15. Thanks in advance

What is the resolution in slow-motion mode? Every other camera I've seen offers only low resolutions in slomo.

Not sure exactly what the res, pretty sure it was SD, definitley wasn't HD

The stills in video mode are 8.3MP and yes the viewfinder pulls out and adjusts to a 45° angle. Hope that helps
