lovinmn: If you can, catch the film the Portrait of Dorian Grey...I think from the 30s-40s....with Hurd Hatfield. Dorian is a real hedonist , does horrible stiff to people but never shows the aging on his face - however the portrait in the attic does. Very Creepy . Very Classic. Oscar Wilde is the author who said..."I can resist everything, but temptation."
@lovinmn1995 English punk rock claimed that they were inspired by the Ramones, who toured England years earlier. They were from Queens, NY, and all took the untrue name "Ramone" for their surname, though they were not related to each other.
The Ramones do not sound like English punk rock, they are not so insane and maniacal.
@lovinmn1995 I would not trust these "educators" who focus your attention on such critters as Oscar Wilde. Better to learn about Moses than those ne'er-do-wells, regardless how much effort folks make to praise them.
random story about that: my spanish teacher came into class one day and goes "mingo i was watching tv this weekend and saw this guy and i swear i thought it was you hair and everything" and i was like "was it about real estate?" and shes like "yes howd you know?"
Whenever this show came on HGTV we used to call it "The Real Estate Douches". Now I know where I got that name from! I love The Soup!!!
