i use bittorrent and i ran the setup guide (auto configures/reconfigures your torrent settings, global connections,max u/l speed slots per torrent etc) and i was at rount 50 kb/s and now it set my max upload speed to 334 but its always caping out at it!!

try it prolly the same setting on utorrent for setupguide in options (ctrl-g shortcut)

well it worked for me after a day, from 0.1kbps, to 36kbps. Dont know why but great and use speedlord accelerator it works. Speed lord did from 30kbs to 505kbs. Thanks for sharing.
