  • The vocal is by Betty Bolton, who sang on many Ray Starita records. She has been identified on one early television disc recording (video only) from 1933.

  • lovely song. The instrumental preludes to the vocals were sometimes much longer then.

  • Nice record. The band sounds much more a thirties orchestra than a twenties band...more elegant soiree than jazzy nightclub. I had never heard of Ray Starita before YouTube opened by ears to him...as kspm01 says, he made nothing but excellent recordings.
