Get this,this out of control cops,shoots and kills his girlfriend(may she rest in peace),yet,he gets a $200,000 bond.If ANY citzens shoots and kills a cop,be it self defense or NOT,he get's NO BOND...FRY HIM....or better yet,put him in a room with this dead girls relatives,lock the door,and give them BASEBALL BATS.

guyinbasement, you are correct of course. however we can speculate on some points. he is a trained police officer, he had nothing to fear if their were an intruder. he has been trained to observe, analyze, take appropriate action. instead here he seems to have just discharged his weapon with the knowledge that other people live in the house with him. a girlfreind, a daughter. how many dark rooms has this gentleman entered with weapon drawn and no one was shot. not well planned out!
