Thanks you very much Colette! I feel so old saying that "They don't em like this anymore." I guess it's because they're already written..LOL. Just sooo glad I was there! :+) To say "good times" would be an understatement, right guys?
"I can’t imagine anything more worthwhile than doing what I most love - and they pay me for it.”
- Edgar Winter
My all time favorite quote. My family and I have always worked crap jobs that we hate. These days, we all work for companies that we are loyal to, with people we love, and a smile on our faces. There is no greater blessing than having a job that you wake up and WANT to go to.
Dan Hartman wrote this I believe that is him on lead Dan also sang lead on "Autumn Usually whoever wrote the song sang lead vocal "They Only Come Out At Night" was a great LP Thanks!!!
i remember this album.back in the days when i never thought i would ever get old. good rocking tune.did a lot of walking back then.used to play music in my head all the time.those were the days!
I played "They Only Come Out At Night" until the grooves were worn out. No bad songs. Frankenstein may actually be my least favorite song on the album.
@jwmellott Wow, that is so true. Maybe it's because Frankenstien was so overexposed. But you're right... every song on this album could have released as a single with hit potential.
Some footage may exist somewhere. I can remember seeing them on TV, probably on The Midnight Special or In Concert. I remember EW bobbing his head on Frankenstein when the music went "da da da da dadadadada; da da da da dadadada
Colette you are awesome! Thanks for this great Edgar Winter and Dan Hartman stuff!! I am dying to find some of the old live White Trash stuff like Tobacco Road with Jerry Lacroix. Thanks again!

I grew up in NJ and would drive my Pinto all around and have a few brews. This song and me were heaven. All in 1976 after I graduated. Great post.
