Allow me to say that there is no comparison between Madam Late Noor Jehan and Lata Mangeshkar. Neither I am a prejudice nor discriminate humanbeing. If I were to ask to choose from these two, I would choose Madam Late Noor Jehan first and Lata Mangeshkar second. There are a couple of reasons which distinguish Madam Late Noor Jehan. No.1. Madam had adequate knowledge in all three departments,classical,Ghazal and film songs. No.2. Nobody can sing better punjabi song than Madam.(28th Oct.2010)

madam zinda baad. yahan noor jehan or lata ka difference pta chalta hai. madam or lata mane wo farq hai jo ghalib or iqbal mane hai. lata ko singing ka ghalib or madam ko singing ka iqbal keh saktay han. ghalib ki shairi best but iqbal ki shairi dilon mane iman taza kerti thi wohi baat madam ki awaz r singing mane thee. .
