BTW, just for the record I have mixed feeling about this mandate. I hate the idea of forcing people to pay the greedy evil health insurance industry however there is a specific logical & mathematical justification for in terms of lowering health care costs(at least in theory). You see whenever you can pool more and more people into an insurance group then the risk can be spread out more which usually almost always leads to lower costs. I see both sides of the argument

endorsed mandates nationally.
8) The conservative Heritage foundation praised Romney's mandate idea
on healthcare but when Obama endorsed the idea Heritage foundation
flip-flopped on it

5) THe heatlhcare systems in developed countries with much more government
involvment always have not only much less costly healthcare systems(
per capita and as a % of GDP) but much less costly.

1.2 trillion.
3) THe CBO scored the Bush tax cuts, medicare prescription drug bill and
the Iraq war as all being not payed for and projected to greatly
adding to the deficit.
In contrast the CBO scored the current healthcare bill as reducing the
deficit by hundreds of billions of dollars in the next 10 years.

You sound like you're recycling Robert Samuelson's claim but of course like Samuelson you fail to note that the CBO also says that the the healthcare bill would continue to lower the deficit in the following decade (after the decade in question) by even more which directly contradicts your claim.

1) In the recent Financial reform, GOP opposed the idea of letting
wall street banks to finance their own bailout rather than relying
on Tax payers by taxing the banks. Dems, in order to try and
be bipartsian, agreed to eliminate this part of the bill and the
GOP still opposed financial reform.

the left usually is they have predominantly gone to the rich (at least
during the Bush years. Read David Cay Johnston for more info)
and that furthermore tax cuts generally don't trickle down like the

pay for themselves.
