When Hawaii became a "state" congress issued a Resolution of Statehood. Resolutions only apply in domestic situations. You can't tell your own country that another country is going to be added into the union with no regard to said country. That's called stealing. But hey, take what I say with a grain of salt. All subsequent executives should still be held to it

You don't need the u.s. to confirm that because Clinton already did. Obama wants you to pass the Akaka bill so he can become a u.s. citizen and stay in office because he in fact is in office illegally. All the Akaka bill really says is that you're giving away your rights. You guys need to come together.
