hey this is julian paz. i am mike paz's son, and a great friend of jack. i hav always missed him and wished that this had never happened. i had had loved him like an uncle and he took care of me as if i was his son. i really miss him and it is so hard for me to stand that he has died

yes he has passed in 2006. it was in his sleep because of a medication that he forgot to take for to long and he passed

Seeing this vid put a lump in my troat. Jack is missed by many. He was my friend and musical mentor when he and Eileen ran EJ's cafe in Albq. and I'll never forget him, his beautiful outlook on life and love, and most especially the music he made. He had a huge influence on me and I'm sure many others.

His heart gave out on him. He didn't have his meds. I think he passed in his sleep.
