I tried the old-fashioned sword breaking method: parry, dodge, then strike. Hit his sword twice, but couldn't break it. He defeated me, and now I'm stuck with the bad ending.

After playing the second, I really wish they could go back and fix up the first game; I don't mean graphic-wise, either. Maybe they could improve it, here and there--but they should incorporate more or less what made the second an improvement over the first.

I find it funny, and a good idea, that the creaters made the final boss very easy; it makes the player feel relaxed and satisfied that they have beaten him. Though there probably should've been different difficulties. I broke his sword, it is so much quicker xD

You know, there's an upcoming sequel to Red Steel though, In an interview they said that It will not be as glitchy and bugged as the first game.. Red Steel, was just a rush through because we were kind of out of time, it had to be released. So Red Steel 2 is gonna be much much better than the first one ;)
