  • EWWWWWW!

  • Your funny!

  • may I may I may I may ask a questionn!!..Do you suppose that I should drink milk? ..( I am vegetarian but may be I should be vegan..very confused also I have got lots of information - technical and sciencifical)..thank you

  • I made the similar soup the other night, but in the end I put a little bit of fresh cheese (I'm not a vegan, I eat chicken meat and fresh cheese, but only once or twice a week)...it was so yummy! And my roommates loved it too! Thanks for the idea!

  • hey onions arent saatvic! love ya Tara.

  • onions are not too satvic for yoga soup

  • Hey, Tara, how do you stay motivated to be healthy? I usually have to be like really really healthy or just eat straight junk food. I know that you have found a pretty good balance between the two. How exactly do you do it?

  • I love how you explain it!! "ooey gooey, and the steam was raising" love it!!

  • hi Tara! i was wondering, if u are vegetarian... i was thinking about becoming one too. if u r any tips?

  • hey tara! i need to ask this. i was doing some yoga moves, i think i pushed myself so hard and i think i have hernia now. my dad says i dont because he has hernia as well and he knows all of the symptoms. i thought it would be good to take a break, and im doing the back pain relief moves. my back got better but it still hurts, what do you suggest? love from turkey xx

  • Wow you must be as lit as i am... That sounds so bomb

  • tara I took my first official yoga class yesterday (it was bikram yoga) and I can honestly say I already feel like a changed person! you inspired me to make yoga a part of my life so thanks! (:

  • Soup rocks!

  • I'm gonna make your recipe this weekend, it sounds SO good. Thanks for sharing :)

  • Hmm this reminded me that I've been craving some bean sprouts lately lol

  • I love the whole chill approach to cooking to. I didn't know what to have for dinner tonight so I made a brown rice + sunflower seed concoction and poured a sweet - sweet potato sauce over it. It was good and what you made looks really yummy too.

  • Yum! I made soup like that often, it is so good I agree : ) take care Tara!

  • Tara Stiles, i love you and your hat

  • I'm making this for lunch :)

  • How long have you been vegetarian Tara? :D

  • Sounds delicious! One important change though: olive oil is the only oil you absolutely cannot cook, has to be used uncooked always. Fried olive oil loses all its properties and turn into the wort of fats for your body. I suggest using plain butter (stay away from the diet versions) for anything you wish to fry. Thanks for sharing your yummy recipe!

  • @ciaocecile Try grapeseed oil, it has a super high tolerance to extreme heat and will not turn into saturated fat :) I love butter though, yum yum!

  • Lentils>Beans.

  • I loved your chilled out approach to cooking... or more I love your chilled out approach to life.

  • Keep that window cracked open a bit tonight girlllllllll...cause that gas is gonna be kicking tonight!

  • You know you want to use some nitrate-free, applewood smoked bacon drippings to saute some cauliflower, kale and chard with red onion! Infuse some butter with raw, fresh garlic and use that oleo to fry that biblical bread into some toast or croutons! All served with buckwheat homemade pasta.....and wine, of course. Happy New Year.

  • looks good!

  • yay. I love spontaneous and easy cooking... That's my kinda meal. thanks Tara :))

  • I love beans So much but the farting is just unbearable. Any tips?

  • @emeral311

Yeah, record yourself farting and put it up on youtube...You will get tons of views. Farting videos by girls and breastfeeding yields insanely amount of video views.....don't ask!

  • @emeral311 Change the water many times when you boil them. Hope this helpes. :)

  • I started watching her videos just a few days ago and I love her already.
