Another example instead of a rainforest for something "complex" and "structured" could be the fact that mathematical formulas and patterns are found all through nature and even in social patterns. Many people would point to this as proof of overall "design", whereas it is explained by the fact that those patterns work very well and are efficient (adaption!). Overall, very well done. :)
