Original was waaaaaaaaaaaay better and here's why:

1. The villains were more entertaining.

2. Doug was not an asshole.

3.Brenda wasn't a snobby bitch.

4. The Carter's were more nicer. We wanted the family to live.

5. The acting was better.

6. There wasn't the F word in every sentence.

7. There was no stupid quote, like " It's Breakfast Time!" WTF was that ?

8. The atmosphere was a 1,000 times more scarier and

9. Michael Berryman was a WAAAY better pluto.

The trailer makes it look better than it is. It's neither scary, nor compelling, nor anything special. A pointless, dull and unoriginal horror film. I recommend 'The Shining' or 'The Orphanage' over this pile of crap.
