  • good work. work on your form. but when maxing out, form most often suffers.

  • i'm by no means one to comment on DL form ,but watch your curve in the back. you seem to lose it very easily, also try and keep your hips low, your hips are rising to quick.

    both common things in the early stages, but watch em.
