You know hobbs, this vid really helpt me, ive had a simaler guild problem on the akama server, at one point we were doing great we had 4 good healers and 4 good tanks, with numerous dps and were filling out 10m's every week no problem, but things slowe down and a lot of people left, im CO-Guild master but it seems im the only one doing much to progress the guild and that every1 has givin up, we r down to 0 tanks and 2 healers now... because of this video i decided moving on was best. thx.

It was friendly, helpful, succesful, and everything Hobbs wanted. But for the past few weeks I was literally the only one online for hours. Hobbs wasn't on for long if he did come online. hey James. i'm starting to build up my guild right now too. i think the right number is probably between 15-25. maybe even a little more. this goes to the whole concept of "too big to fail." if you have too many, it's too hard to manage and people get lost in the shuffle. but you do want enough people so that you can have some activities that people can participate in.

Loyalty apprently it doesnt mean much to somepeople in guilds anymore. It is surprising that older member cant be more understanding and mature. GS doesnt mean crap if the player doesnt have the skills. Being a GM is stressful enough and if you dont have people that know the meaning of team then things will surley collapse. Hopefully this doesnt happen and your guild realizes the importance of loyalty and trust.

same type of deal is happening in my guild with 25 mans.

our full "A team" isn't always able to show up and so we have to bring along some under-geared guildies or sometimes even PuG. This doesn't bother me so much but others are annoyed that we are not progressing as fast as we should if we had our full group

Fortunately we are still going strong with our 10 mans so I'll just keep hoping for the best in 25
