hard worker, good guy, just runs his mouth a bit to much...but who knows mabye his loss to Cain is going to make him a better fighter, despite everything i would like to see him back in the cage, tough fight coming up with JDS even if he doesn't win it(witch i think he wont) i hope he puts on a display of new skills that will help him in the future, he still has all the fizical atributes of a champ lets see if he has the mind-set...

you aren't that good even though you were the champ. you're the biggest guy to ever fight in the UFC, and honestly, that's why you've won.
you don't bring much skill to the table. you compensate with your size, athleticism.
