I think my opinion on the constitution is that is was a roadblock the founders set up to screw the country and hinder progress. They were conservative extremeists.
I wonder how serious Justice Scalia is about not banning abortion in states. If a case came before him where a state wanted to ban abortion, he'd vote AGAINST their right to?? I find that hard to believe for some reason.
